Refund Policy

Full refund
If we fail to deliver your audit, you receive a full refund of 49 USDC to the wallet that sent the payment.
Quality review
If the audit is delivered but you believe it genuinely missed the mark for your site, reply to the delivery email within 7 days. We review every request individually and may regenerate the audit or refund you.
Wrong payments
If you sent the wrong token, the wrong network, or an incorrect amount, contact support immediately and do not send another payment. Wrong-network transfers may not be recoverable — we will tell you honestly what is possible in your case.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are sent in USDC on Base to the original sending wallet, manually reviewed and processed by the owner. Please allow up to 5 business days.
